摘要

研究了各种高强高导铜合金在400℃和500℃的空气中的周期氧化行为。结果表明

几种高强高导铜合金的抗氧化性的高低顺序为:Cu-Zr-As、Cu-Zr-Cr、Cu-Zr-Te、Cu-Te、Cu-Te-La、Cu。经XRD分析表明

氧化皮主要由Cu2O和CuO组成。Zr、Cr、As和Te通过不同机制提高了Cu的抗氧化性能。

Abstract

Periodic oxidation behavior of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys at 400℃ and 500℃ in air was examined.The results indicate that oxidation resistance of the alloy is as follows in sequence:Cu-Zr-As

Cu-Zr-Cr

Cu-Zr-Te

Cu-Te

Cu-Te-La

Cu.XRD analysis shows that the oxidation film is mainly composed of Cu2O and CuO.The oxidation resistance of the Cu alloy is improved with Zr

As and Te based on different mechanism.
