摘要
消失模铸造中型砂的充填是影响消失模铸造工艺的一个重要因素
而垂直管型砂充填极限高度对各种工艺因素非常敏感
可以用来反映型砂的充填能力。通过对型砂充填垂直管的过程进行动力学分析研究
并建立型砂充填垂直管的极限充填高度的数学计算模型
然后与某铝厂的试验值进行对比验证
分别讨论垂直管埋入深度和管口尺寸对极限充填高度的影响。结果表明
在充填造型垂直管时
垂直管口埋入深度对充填极限深度影响比较大
而管口尺寸对极限深度影响较小
计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Abstract
It is an important factor of sand filling influencing the quality of castings in EPC
and the limiting filling height of vertical tube molding filling can be used to express the capacity of mold filling by un-bonded sand at vibration molding as a result of sensitive to various technological parameters. Dynamic analysis of filling in vertical tube was investigated
and mathematical model of limiting filling height in vertical tube was established. Furthermore
calculated results were analyzed comparatively with experimental ones from an aluminum plant to understand effects of embedding depth and tube aperture of vertical tube on limiting filling height. The results reveal that embedded depth has greatly affected
while tube aperture has slightly affected on limiting filling height. The calculated results are well in agreement with experimental ones.
