内壁有矩形和圆弧形截面的沟槽
矩形沟槽两端有内凸缘等特点
设计了二次分型拉断浇口余料斜滑块内抽芯压铸模。该模具采用环形浇口的浇注系统
拉钩定距二次分型拉断浇口余料和斜滑块内抽芯结构
模具分型时利用开模力自动拉断浇口余料
推件过程中实现斜滑块内抽芯
解决了内抽芯、铸件脱模和去除浇口余料问题。模具结构紧凑
操作方便
型腔填充良好
铸件脱模顺利
满足生产要求。
Abstract
Aiming at the features of cylinder castings which exist flange around the cylinder parts and rectangle or arc grooves in the inner wall as well as flange on the ends of rectangle grooves
the die casting die with twice cavity parting for snapping slag in the gate and inside core-pulling by angle slides was designed. The die adopts gating system with ring gate
limit-distance mechanism
twice cavity parting to snap slag mechanism and inside core-pulling mechanism. The slag was automatically snapped by open force in cavity parting
and inside core-pulling by angle slides was realized in the ejection
so the problems were solved during the inside core-pulling
ejection and snapping. The mould exhibits compact in structure
convenient in operation and excellent in filling
realizing the smooth ejection and meeting the requirements.
