Effects of Purity of A356 Alloy on Sr Modification Loss
摘要
研究了A356合金纯度对锶变质烧损的影响。结果表明
经变质处理的合金其共晶生长温度明显降低
合金组织中Si相呈分枝细密的珊瑚状。精炼处理的Al液
经过280min保温后
Sr的烧损只有33%
表明Sr的变质效果衰退不明显。未经过精炼处理的Al液
在160min后
Sr的烧损已接近50%
至220min
烧损已达78%。
Abstract
Effects of purity of A356 alloy on Sr modification loss were investigated.Eutectic Si phase in the Sr modified alloy exhibits fine coral-shape dendrite as a result of the obvious decrease of eutectic growth temperature.Sr modification loss is only 33% in refined liquid A356 alloy after 280 min
and apparent fading effects of Sr modification can not be observed
while
it reaches approximately 50% in liquid alloy without refined treatment after 160 min
