摘要

采用X射线衍射、金相分析等方法

对铸造态、挤压态和热处理态的Zn-2Al合金组织结构及演化规律进行了分析。结合硬度（HV）的测量

发现了变形Zn-2Al合金中存在的加工软化

热处理硬化现象。提出了受力过程中晶粒转动机制是决定Zn-2Al合金变形机理的主要决定因素。

Abstract

Microstructure and its evolution of as-cast

as-extruded and heat treated Zn-2Al alloy were analyzed by XRD （X-ray diffraction）

OM （optical microscope）

and the Vickers hardness was measured. Work-softening and annealing-hardening were observed in as-extruded ZA2 alloy. Deformation mechanism of Zn-2Al alloy is controlled by grain rotation during loading process.
