摘要

根据阀类铸件自身结构特性和使用特点

在精密铸造生产过程中

通过对铸件结构工艺性和铸造方案的不断优化设计

辅以相应的工艺措施

达到了减少缩孔、缩松等常见缺陷的目的

在保证铸件质量稳定的前提下

提高了工艺出品率。

Abstract

According to the structure characteristics of valve-body parts and using features

structure processing and casting scheme of the investment casting valve body parts were optimized to decrease or eliminate shrinkage porosity（hole）in the parts with the help of technological measures

improving the production rate in condition of keeping stable quality.
