    Abstract

    Effects of homogenization treatment and softening annealing on solid solution strengthening and as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu-10Ni-4.5Sn alloy were investigated.Tensile strength and electric conductivity of the alloy after homogenization treatment at 750℃ for 12h reach up to 241.3MPa and 5.8MS/m,respectively.Meanwhile,the electric conductivity,hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the strip in which the ingot is homogenized at 750℃ for 12 hours before cold rolling can reach up to 8.8MS/m,378.6,1275.9MPa and 3.0%,respectively,with softening annealing at 700℃ for 6 hours after 60% total deformation rate,and then with solid solution at 800℃ for 1 hours and 400℃ for 6 hours after 85% total deformation.
