Effects of Water Level in Cycling Pool on Casting Mold Cooling Water

分析了铸造冷却循环水池的水位淹过回流水出水口
达到满池水位时
水位静压反力对回流水的影响。通过计算
发现模具循环水的流量减少了1/5
这成为模具冷却不良
造成铸件品质缺陷增多的原因。通过采用浮球、行程开关、电磁阀开关等简易部件
实现了循环水水位的自动控制。
Abstract
Effects of static pressure of water level on backwater were analyzed when water level in cooling cycling water pool overstepped outlet of backwater to take full pool.Through calculation
it was found that cycling water flow for the mold was decreased by 20%
which was responsible for the inadequate cooling mold and the increase of casting defects.Automatic control of cycling water level was achieved by using some simple components including float-ball
traveling switch and solenoid valve switches.
