通过对Ti8LC新型低成本钛合金的热模拟试验
研究了变形温度、变形速度、变形程度对钛合金组织的影响。结果表明
变形温度对Ti8LC钛合金的影响最大
在1000℃以下为双态组织
综合性能较好
1000℃以上为片层状组织
强度较高但伸长率低
且结合成形中变形抗力的大小
该合金的变形速度不宜太大
变形程度在40%~60%范围内时有良好的组织和性能。
Abstract
Effects of deformation temperature
strain rate and strain on microstructure of Ti8LC alloy were investigated by thermal simulation testing.The results indicate that microstructure and properties of the alloy are closely related to the deformation temperature.The alloy is composed of two-state structure with better comprehensive properties with temperature lower than 1000℃
while it is composed of lamellar structure with a higher strength and a lower elongation with temperature more than 1000℃.Based on considering the deformation forces during formation
strain rate of the alloy should keep a rational range.Meanwhile
with 40%~60%deformation rate
alloy exhibits acceptable properties and microstructure.
