Key technologies for producing aluminum alloy thermostat assembly in automobile engine were described
including die casting aluminum alloy thermostat body
CNC high precision processing
pressing-tube assembling by coating glue and air tightness check of the assembly.Production-volume of thermostat assembly is successfully realized.
