摘要
根据铝合金半固态浆料粘度和压铸充型特点
设计并制造了标准试样半固态压铸模。模具设计了加热系统和不同的内浇口截面积。进行了半固态压铸试验
证明了半固态压铸模具无预热时
铸件无法充满型腔
并且缺陷较多;而模具预热时铸件成形良好。在铸件横截面范围内
内浇口截面积越大越有利于提高铸件的质量。
Abstract
With consideration of the viscosity of semi-solid aluminum alloy slurry and filling features
the die casting die for semi-solid aluminum alloy standard samples have been designed and manufactured
in which heating apparatus and ingate cross section with different sizes have been considered. Semi-solid die casting was conducted. The results reveal that without heating on semi-solid die casting die
liquid aluminum alloy can not completely fill cavity
resulting in occurrence of many casting defects. With heating on mould
castings exhibit desirable formability. In the range of cross-section
