采用自行开发的锥桶式流变成形机(Taper barrel rheomoulding machine
简称TBR)
并结合TOYOBD-900V4-T型压铸机
研究了铸造压力对AZ91D镁合金流变压铸件内部微观孔洞形态以及密度的影响。结果表明
铸造压力的增大可以明显改善流变压铸件内部微观孔洞缺陷
增大铸件密度。铸造压力小于65MPa时
压力对流变压铸件微观孔洞及密度的影响较大;而大于65MPa时
铸造压力的影响较小。
Abstract
We have developed a taper barrel rheomoulding machine combining with Toyo-BD-900V4-T die casting machine to understand effects of casting pressure on micro-hole morphology and density of rheo-diecasting AZ91D magnesium alloy parts.The results reveal that increasing in casting pressure can greatly eliminate the micro-hole in rheo-diecasting parts
increasing the density.The casting pressure has directly affected the micro-hole and density of the casting with pressure less than 65 MPa
however
effects of pressure can be neglected with more than 65MPa.
