摘要

采用SEM、XRD及化学成分分析等方法

分析了真空自耗电弧熔炼（VAR）过程中Ti-1023铸锭的凝固组织及相组成

研究了搅拌磁场对铸锭宏微观偏析行为的影响。结果表明

等轴晶区主要为针状和片层状的α相结构

而柱状晶区中等轴颗粒状的α相结构较多;在铸锭柱状晶和等轴晶内

Fe含量沿晶粒生长方向逐渐增加

且等轴晶内Fe的偏析程度要大于柱状晶内的;施加搅拌磁场后

Fe在柱状晶和等轴晶内的偏析程度都有所减小

同时Fe在Ti-1023铸锭中的宏观偏析程度降低

这对该合金中β斑的形成具有重要的影响。

Abstract

Influence of magnetic stirring on the solidification structure and segregation behavior of Ti-1023 alloy during VAR steady state melting process was analyzed by SEM （scanning electron microscope）

XRD （X-ray diffraction） and chemical composition analysis. The results reveal that equiaxed grain zone mainly contains acicular and lamellar α structure

while columnar grain zone is mainly composed of equiaxed grain α structure. Fe element content is gradually increased in both equiaxed and columnar grains along the grain growth direction

and the segregation rate of Fe element is more serious in equiaxed grain than that in columnar grain. The segregation rate of Fe element is decreased in both equiaxed and columnar grains with magnetic stirring

and macro-segregation of Fe element in the ingot is decreased

which is closely related to the formation of β phase in the alloy.
