Microstructure of Al Cladding Layer on the Surface of Magnesium Alloy
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy surface
taking the Al powder as laser cladding materials
laser cladding Al coating on the magnesium alloy surface was carried out
and the cladding layer with gas-free and crack-free as well as desirable metallurgical bonding with the matrix on the magnesium alloy surface could be generated.Meanwhile
effects of laser parameters on microstructure of the cladding coating were investigated.
