实现了铸件的顺序凝固
提高了成品率
获得了理想铸件。
Abstract
Processing optimization of counter-pressure casting aluminum alloy cylinder was conducted by the Procast software.Shrinkage porosity(hole)can easily occur in the thick-wall position of the cylinder by observing temperature field in filling and solidification process.Sequential solidification can be realized by increasing pre-heating temperature of the mould and spraying thermal-conduction coating at thick-wall position
