容易产生缩孔、缩松等缺陷。根据铸件特征
进行浇注系统设计及冒口计算
分析实际生产中铸件产生缺陷的原因。应用数值模拟软件
验证理论分析的可行性。对比几种浇注系统
根据温度场、固相率云图预测铸件缺陷
优化出最佳工艺方案
并进行实际验证。基于最优工艺方案
生产出合格铸件
其电导率达到56MS/m
符合技术要求。
Abstract
Shrinkage porosity(hole)was often observed in casting pure copper electrode.Aiming at the characteristics of pure copper electrode
design of gating system and calculation of riser were performed
and origination of defects in practical pure copper electrode was analyzed.Availability of theoretical analysis was verified by numerical simulation.Through comparatively analyzing different gating system designs
optimized gating system was presented based on visualizing temperature field and cloud map of solid fraction.Practical production was conducted.Qualified pure copper electrode was successfully produced based on the optimized parameters
and its electric conductivity reached 56MS/m
meeting the technological requirements.
