选用无水乙醇为过程控制剂
研究了过程控制剂(ProcessCon-trolAgent
简称PCA)对机械合金化后粉末的出粉率、物相、结构以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明
PCA的加入有利于提高粉末的分散性和出粉率
减少研磨介质的磨损和杂质的掺入;但PCA的加入量过多会导致晶粒细化效果不明显
使Cr在Cu中的固溶度增加量降低。PCA含量为15%时粉末综合性能较优:球磨40h后
平均晶粒尺寸为35nm
微观应变为0.448%
Cr在Cu中的固溶度达到1.0139%
CuCr组分分布均匀。
Abstract
CuCr powder was prepared with ethyl alcohol as process control agent (PCA) by mechanical alloying. Effects of PCA on powder yield
phase constituent
composition and microstructure of the mechanical alloyed powder were investigated. The results show that
with PCA addition
the powder yield and its dispersion are improved with the decrease of wear of abraser and introduction of impurities. However
excessive PCA addition can fade the grain refinement effects
leading to the decrease of solubility increment of Cr in Cu. With the 15% PCA addition
average grain size in the mechanical alloyed CuCr powder with homogeneous composition distribution after milling for 40 hours reaches up to 35 nm
and micro-strain is 0.448%
and the solid solubility of Cr in the Cu makes 1.0139%.
