Development of Water-based Coating for EPC (Expandable Pattern Casting) Steel Castings
摘要
选用铝矾土和锆英粉作为耐火骨料
钠基膨润土和CMC为复合悬浮剂
硅溶胶、PVB、酚醛树脂为复合粘结剂
通过正交试验
确定了消失模铸钢水基涂料的最佳配比
考察了涂料的多种性能
并与进口消失模涂料进行了性能对比。结果表明
该涂料性能优良
成本低廉
具有一定的推广价值。
Abstract
By using bauxite and zircon powder as refractory materials
bentonite of natrium and CMC as compound defloculant and sol silicate
PVB and phenolic resin as compound binding agent
based on the orthogonal testing
the water-based coating for EPC steel castings was developed. The various properties of the prepared coating were examined
and it was compared with coating from the Asland company at the U.S.A in performances. The results show that the prepared coating has the advantages of desirable performance and low cost.
