摘要

采用铸造及锻造变形方法制备了含Sc的AA6022铝合金。采用X射线衍射分析、金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察及力学性能测试等方法

研究了微量Sc及时效处理工艺对合金的组织与性能影响。结果表明

添加0.15%～0.30%的Sc能明显细化铸态合金的晶粒

其平均尺寸从323μm降低到31μm。拉伸性能测试显示

自然时效（T4态）后

Sc的添加并未明显提高合金的抗拉强度

但伸长率却明显提高。而经过175℃保温30min的处理后（T4p）

Sc的添加并未提高基体合金的强化烘烤效应

反而降低了合金的伸长率。180℃×10h峰时效处理（T6）显示

微量Sc的添加并不会明显提高合金的强度

但却提高了其塑性变形能力。

Abstract

AA6022 aluminum alloy containing Sc was prepared by casting combining with forging process.Effects of minor Sc and aging process on microstructure and properties of the alloy were analyzed by XRD（X-ray diffraction）

OM（optical microscope）and SEM（scanning electron microscope）as well as tensile testing.The results show that grain size in the alloy can be obviously refined with 0.15%～0.3% Sc addition

and average grain size is decreased from 323μm to 31μm.Tensile testing results reveal that elongation of the alloy is obviously improved with slight increase of tensile strength with Sc addition after natural aging process（T4 state）.However

with holding at 175℃ for 30min

strengthening baking effect is not improved with decreasing in elongation.With peak aging treatment at 180℃ for 10h

effects of minor Scon strength of the alloy can be ignored

however

plasticity is greatly improved.
