摘要
压铸件气孔是空气残留在铸件中形成的。普通的抽真空方法可以有效地排除模具型腔中的一部分空气
但达不到规定要求。采用高真空技术
在很短的时间内将型腔内的空气抽出;同时
通过冲头前进将型腔和空气隔离;在此条件下
将熔液高速推进型腔
直到铝合金凝固
实现铸件内完全不存留空气
从而解决了压铸件的气孔问题。
Abstract
Gas hole in the die castings was formed from residual gas in the castings.Although conventional vacuum method can effectively exhaust a part of gas in mould cavity
it can not meet technological requirements.Using high pressure vacuum method
gas in the mould cavity can be exhausted rapidly.Meanwhile
gas is isolated from the cavity by punch advance.And then
the liquid metal is driven by high velocity in cavity to solidification
realizing the total exhaustion and elimination of gas hole in the castings.
