摘要
利用ProCAST铸造模拟软件
对铝合金压铸件支架充型、凝固过程进行了数值模拟
得到了速度场、温度场的分布和变化规律。结果表明
浇注温度对压铸铝合金的模拟结果影响最大
其次为模具预热温度、充型速度。本试验条件下得到的优化工艺参数:浇注温度为600℃
模具预热温度为200℃
充型速度为2.5m/s。按照优化后的压铸工艺参数进行生产
得到了合格的铸件。
Abstract
Filling and solidification process of die casting 6063 aluminum bracket were simulated by the ProCAST software to obtain the distribution and change of velocity and temperature field. The results indicate that the factors influencing filling process are as follows in sequence: pouring temperature
pre-heating temperature of mould
filling velocity. The desirable aluminum alloy bracket was successfully produced with pouring temperature at 600℃ and pre-heating temperature of mould at 200℃ as well as filling velocity at 2.5 m/s.
