半固态成形时的流变失稳区范围大于固态成形时的失稳区范围

获得了等温压缩试验参数范围内的热变形最佳工艺参数。半固态加工最佳工艺参数是加热温度为560℃
应变速率为0.0010s-1
固态加工最佳工艺参数是加热温度为400℃
应变速率为0.0010s-1。
Abstract
Based on the dynamic material model
the processing maps of LY11 alloy in the solid state and in semi-solid state were established. The instability zones of flow behavior were recognized by the maps. The results show that the instability zone during semi-solid forming process is more sensitive to strain rate than that of solid forming process. In addition
optimized processing parameters in the temperature range and different strain rates were presented by the maps. The optimized parameters are as follows: heating temperature of 560℃
strain rate of 0.001s-1 under semi-solid forming conditions
and heating temperature of 400 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001s-1 under solid forming conditions.
