伸长率和电阻率分别为208.43MPa

Abstract
Copper cladding aluminum rod with 8 mm in inner diameter and 2 mm in copper layer thickness were successfully made on the self-designed equipment for copper cladding aluminum continuous casting with air pressure.Composite rods exhibit good surface quality and stable continuous casting process.SEM(scanning electron microscope) observation and shearing strength testing were conducted.The results show that copper cladding aluminum rod has uniform thickness
and copper-aluminum interface in the inner exhibits diffusion interface with some thickness
realizing effective bonding of inner and outer metal.Copper cladding aluminum wire with 0.95 mm in diameter is made through the subsequent drawing process.And the wire exhibits good performance in mechanical properties and electrical performance.
