摘要

给出了两斜向孔交叉的复杂零件压铸模的实用结构

论述了模具工作原理和设计要点。该模具采用齿轴-齿条交叉抽芯结构

解决了两个斜向交叉孔的成形和抽芯问题。

Abstract

A practical die-casting die structure for a complex part with two cross-inclined holes was presented

and its operation principle of the die and key points of the design were designed.The die with axle-rack cross loose core structure resolved the problems in two cross-inclined holes molding and loose core.
