Abstract
Working principle and structure characteristics of furan resin A+B curing agent controller were introduced
and processing factors and noted items of the controller applied successfully in acidic hardening furan resin moulding line were described.Relationship of sand temperature with A
B pump and average total acidic rate of curing agent was presented.Curing agent controller from the Shengquan company was assembled on the moulding line.With reclaimed sand addition of 0.65%
