基于RSA方法构建Csf/Mg微观模型是对其材料性能进行有限元模拟的重要基础。由于Csf/Mg复合材料性能受纤维体积分数、纤维取向分布、纤维长径比等参数的影响
针对不同仿真需求采用手工方法建立其有限元模型工作效率极低
因此采用Python脚本语言对ABAQUS GUI进行二次开发
建立用户自定义图形界面。结果表明
对ABAQUS GUI进行二次开发可以根据用户需求创建图形用户界面
通过输入相关参数可以实现自动创建Csf/Mg复合材料有限元几何模型
同时极大地简化了建模过程。基于RSA方法可实现二维或三维纤维随机取向或定向分布的短纤维增强复合材料的几何建模。
Microcosmic model built on the bas is of RSA is the key foundation of simulation analysis of Csf/Mg composites with FEM technique.As material behavior of Csf/Mg composites is dependent on the parameters including fibre volume fraction
fibre orientation distributions and fiber length-diameter ratio
the efficiency would be reduced obviously if FEM models were established manually according to different simulation requirements.Therefore
a Python scripting language was used to establish a user defined graphic interface through second-developed ABAQSU GUI.The results indicate that it is viable to generate a graphic user interface with second-developed ABAQSU GUI according to clients’ demand
and the geometric model of Csf/Mg composites can be built automatically by inputting related parameters.Meanwhile
the modeling process is greatly simplified.The two-dimension or three-dimension geometric modeling of short fiber reinforced composites in which the orientation distribution of fibers exhibits random or uniform can be realized by using the RSA schemes.
