Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of CuAlBe with Columnar Grain under Isothermal Deformation
Isothermal compression of CuAlBe alloy with columnar grain was conducted with control-temperature mould on universal material tensile machine to understand effects of different deformation temperature
deformation rate and deformation degree on dynamic recrystallization behavior of the alloy.It is found that
at deformation rate of 5 mm/min
recrystallization temperature is decreased with increasing in deformation degree
however
with increasing deformation rate to 10 mm/min and 20 mm/min
it is independent of the deformation degree
keeping a constant value of 550 ℃.When deformation rate is increased to 40 mm/min with 35% deformation degree
recrystallization temperature is raised to 600 ℃.Furthermore
with increasing in deformation degree
recrystallization temperature is gradually decreased to 550 ℃.When deformation temperature is lower than 450℃
