Effects of Si Content on Friction and Wear Performance of In-situ Mg2Si/AM60 Composites
摘要
采用原位法制备Mg2Si/AM60复合材料
Abstract
Effects of Si contents on friction and wear performance of in-situ Mg2Si/AM60 composites were investigated. It is found that
with increasing in Si content
the weight loss of the composites is decreased as a result of the increase of the hardness
greatly improving the wear behavior of the composites. With the loading increase
the weight loss of the composites is increased. Compared with AM60 matrix
the transformation time of trace-wear into severe wear of the composites is effectively postponed.
