TiN/Ti细化剂表现出良好的抗衰退性能
其抗衰退性来源于金属钛包覆纳米TiN在铝液中的分散性和稳定性。
Abstract
A new type of Ti cladding nano-sized TiN(TiN/Ti)composite grain refiner was prepared by high energy ball milling
and effects of the prepared grain refiner on refining effects and anti-fading behavior of commercial pure Al were investigated.The results show that TiN/Ti composite refiner exhibits the excellent grain refining effects on commercial pure aluminum.With 0.025% addition
microstructure of the samples is transformed from coarse columnar grain into equiaxed one
