Effects of Sliding Speed on Wear Resistance of Recycled Composite Collar under Different Loads
摘要
通过对回收的废旧复合辊环材料进行重熔和离心铸造
制备了由耐磨WCp颗粒增强的复合层与Fe-C合金基体组成的再生复合材料辊环
并采用MMS-1G高速销-盘摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)
研究了在100、150和200N载荷下滑动速度对再生复合辊环的摩擦性能的影响。结果表明
在100、150和200N载荷条件下
随滑动速度的增加
再生复合辊环的磨损率均出现幅度很小的波动现象
而摩擦因数先降低后缓慢增加。在相同滑动速度条件下
磨损率明显随载荷的增加而增大
而摩擦因数随载荷的增加而降低。再生复合辊环在低速条件下的磨损机理主要为犁沟磨损和塑性变形
而当滑动速度较高时
表现为粘着磨损、氧化磨损和磨粒磨损。
Abstract
WC particle reinforced Fe-C matrix recycled composites roll collar were fabricated with remelting recycled waste composite roll collar materials by centrifugal casting.Effects of different sliding velocities on wear and frictional behavior of the recycled composite collar were investigated with the help of MMS-1G high speed pin-disk frictional and wear testing machine and SEM(scanning electron microscope) at 100 N
150 N
200 N loads.The results show that with the increase of sliding speed
the wear rate of recycled composite layer appears small fluctuations
and the friction coefficient is decreased firstly and then increased slowly at 100 N
150 N and 200 N.At a fixed sliding speed
wear rate is increased and frictional coefficient is decreased with the increase of load.Wear mechanisms of recycled composites roll collar are mainly characterized by plowing wear and plastic formation at low speed
