为实现压铸机压射过程工艺曲线和参数的显示和分析
开发了一种基于嵌入式技术的压铸机压射参数分析记录仪。该仪器能够适应压铸厂较为恶劣的工作环境
除了具备工艺曲线显示和工艺参数自动提取功能外
还建有工艺参数数据库
通过对数据库的统计分析
绘制概率分布曲线。利用上述信息能够使压铸机工作参数与模具设计参数实现最佳匹配
对不满足工艺要求的压铸件具有报警提示功能
从而确保压铸件生产品质。
Abstract
An analysis instrument based on embedded technology for die casting machine was described
which could adapt to the harsh environment in the die casting plant.Besides the functions of displaying the technological curves and parameters
the instrument established the database of technological parameters and analyzed the database with statistical theory.As a result
the statistic parameters and probability distribution curves were drawn.A die casting machine could be desirably matched with its optimized mould design parameters.For the die casting whose technology parameters could not meet the requirements
an alarm signal would tell the operator to check the quality of the die castings.
