摘要

基于OpenGL相关的计算机图形学理论

对铸造CAE系统前处理模块中的STL预览、STL装配及STL校正等功能的实现技术进行了研究

包括STL文件的读写、三角面片的绘制、铸型对象透明效果的绘制、铸型系统三维坐标变换以及三角面片法向量的计算等。开发了相应的图形处理程序并集成到自主开发的铸造CAE系统。使用情况表明

这些关键技术有助于制定合理的网格剖分方案。

Abstract

Based on the theory of computer graphics concerned with the OpenGL

the key techniques of implementation of some functions such as STL preview

STL assembly and STL adjustment in pre-process module of foundry CAE system were investigated

including reading and writing of STL file

drawing of triangular facet

drawing of mold model with transparent effects

three-dimensional coordinate transformation of the whole mold system and calculation of normal vector of triangular facet

etc.A grap-handling program with the techniques mentioned above was developed and incorporated into the CAE system self-developed.The application of the system shows that those techniques are much contributive to making a reasonal plan of mesh generation.
