摘要

通过对操作手柄类不锈钢精密铸件中的方孔的拉削、冲孔、挤压的工具工装制造和方孔加工试验研究

发现精密铸件方孔采用挤压加工时

工具制造成本低、制造更方便快速

而且制造精度可以达到IT9级。

Abstract

Manufacturing of square hole in investment casting stainless operation handles by broaching

punching hole and extrusion method was introduced

and machining experiment of the square hole was conducted.The practical production shows that the square hole in the investment casting stainless manufactured by extrusion method exhibits the advantages of low product cost

rapid manufacturing and high machining precision.
