4343/3005/4343复合钎焊铝箔在钎焊过程中会发生皮材中的Si向芯材渗透的现象
在皮材-芯材界面上的这种效应会影响复合钎焊铝箔的连接性能及力学性能。采用差热扫描(DSC)分析了芯材组织对4343/3005/4343复合钎焊铝箔在钎焊过程中的扩散(等温)凝固现象的影响。结果发现
熔融4343皮材可在605℃保温过程中完全凝固。芯材组织显著影响扩散凝固过程。芯材为细小等轴晶粒组织
605℃保温30min熔融皮材完全凝固。对于粗大长条晶粒的芯材
由于晶界密度小且小角度晶界比例高
会显著降低Si的扩散速度
605℃保温30min后仍保留50%左右的熔融皮材。经120min保温后
熔融皮材才完全凝固。
Si diffusion from cladding layer to core material easily occurred in the composite brazing sheet of 4343/3005/4343 during brazing process
which affected the brazed joint formation and mechanical properties.Effects of core-material microstructure on diffusional solidification behavior in 4343/3005/4343 three-layer aluminum brazing sheet were investigated by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry).The results show that molten 4343 cladding layer can be solidified completely with holing temperature at 605 ℃which is more than the melting point.The core material microstructure has the significant effect on the diffusional solidification process.The molten cladding alloy can completely solidified at 605 ℃ for 30 min when core material has fine equiaxed grains.Core material with coarse and long strip grains can greatly decrease the Si diffusion velocity as a result of small grain boundary density and high fraction grain boundary with low angle
which results in the 50% molten cladding materials solidification at 605 ℃ for 30 min
and the cladding layer can be completely solidified completely with holding for 120 min.
