摘要

通过在ZK60基体上调控出不同分布情况的第二相，研究其对合金动态再结晶的影响。结果显示，偏聚于晶界的

相（Mg

）提高了再结晶组织占比，但效果并不显著，合金仍呈典型的双模组织。分布于晶界和晶粒内部的Al

和Al

Y相显著加速合金的动态再结晶进程，提高了再结晶组织的比例，获得均匀的等轴晶组织。高再结晶分数和均匀分布的第二相有效缓解了拉伸过程中由孪晶和第二相团聚引起的应力集中，利于强塑性的平衡。

Abstract

The influences of second phases with different distribution on the dynamic recrystallization behavior of ZK60 alloy were investigated. The results reveal that

-phase （Mg

） is agglomerated at grain boundaries which increases the proportion of recrystallization structure， however the alloy still presents the typical bimodal structure with little effects. Al

and Al

Y distributed at grain boundaries and interior of the grains can significantly accelerate the dynamic recrystallization process， increasing the proportion of recrystallization structure， and the uniform equiaxed grains can be obtained. The high recrystallization fraction and uniform distribution of second phases can effectively alleviate the stress concentration caused by twins and second phase agglomeration during tensile process， which is conducive to the balance of strength and plasticity.
