<正> 本文在文章[1]、[2]的基础上

研究了过滤对加入Ti、B-Ti的Al-5％Cu合金的凝固过程及凝固组织的影响规律。一、试验材料及方法 1.试验材料试验用Al-5％Cu、加入Ti、B-Ti的Al-5％Cu合金进行。Ti的加入量为0.1％、0.17％和0.3％

B的加入量为0.022％和0.066％。Al-5％Cu用Al-40％Cu中间合金和99.9％Al在粘土石墨坩锅中熔配而成。Ti、B分别用Al—Ti、Al—B—Ti中间合金加入。

Abstract

The effect of filtration on solidification parameters and solidified structure of Al-5 %Cu alloy added with Ti and B-Ti was studied by means of contrast of thermoanalysis. The macrostructure of Al-5%Cu alloy added with Ti and B-Ti is coarsened by filtration and the micro-structure of the alloy is slightly coarsened. The content of Ti and B in Al-5%Cu alloy is reduced after filtration.
