甚至很难排除。海绵状疏松是铸件的主要缺陷之一
它的存在无疑将引起铸件机械性能的降低。如果能控制在一定程度之内
铸件的性能仍能满足设计和使用的要求
从而提高铸件的成品率
收到明显的经济效益。 该课题参照了美国ASTME155标准
选用了ZL101合金(相当美国的356.0合金)
采用两种厚度
第一组厚度为6毫米

Abstract
The sponge porosity in aluminum alloy castings is one of the chief and common defects. It will undoubtedly cause a reduction of the mechanical property of the castings
when it exists in aluminum alloy castings. The relationship between the sponge porosity of 1 to 5 grades in aluminum alloy castings and the mechanical property
the pressure tightness and hydraulic resistance has been emphatically studied ia this paper. ZL101 alloy and two kinds of thickness was used in the experiments. This subject will provide an important basis for the designing and inspecting of the castings.
