This paper describes experiments of preparation and directly rolling of semisolid rheological slurry of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel on the self- designed electromagnetic stirring equipment of rheological steel slurry. Results show that solid particles of the primary austensite in 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel rheological slurry prepared by the experiment have near-sphere shape and its size is between 100 /nm and 200 /Mm
the volume solid fraction of the rheological slurry is 50% - 60% . This rheological slurry have good fluidity. The segregation of liquid phase in the the slurry and plastic deformation of some solid particles in the slurry occur during semisolid rolling.
