Abstract

The term "Sustainable Development" is defined. The main points of ISO14000 environment manageement standards and contents are briefly introduced. The problems concerning the environmental pollution are enumerated in die casting enterprise. Active implementation of the formal envinomental management system in ISO14000 is the urgent task so as to bring great benefit to casting enterprise.
