摘要

采用挤压铸造代替压力铸造生产铝合金车轮

不仅克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷

而且提高了成品率及材料利用率。介绍了铝合金车轮挤压铸造的模具结构及设计参数

分析了挤压铸造的工艺参数及选择依据

Abstract

Adopting extrusion casting instead of pressure die casting to manufacture aluminium alloy wheels could not only eliminate the defects such as gas hole and non metal inclusion in die casting

but also increase the rate of end product and material utilization.Die structure and design parameters of extrusion casting for aluminium alloy wheels were introduced.Technical parameters and selection basis were analyzed.
