锌合金压铸射嘴身失效行为分析
摘要
针对锌合金压铸时采用M300耐蚀模具钢出现的射嘴身早期失效问题
通过组织分析发现
射嘴身材料中存在着的大量夹杂物和网状碳化物的缺陷以及M300钢本身的高温回火脆性
是射嘴身失效的主要原因。压铸时高速高压的锌合金熔体会与M300钢发生化学反应
生成Fe-Zn相的腐蚀产物
在射嘴身内腔腐蚀出沟槽
而高速锌合金熔体的冲击应力又进一步诱发沟槽内裂纹的扩展
从而促使了早期失效行为的发生。
Abstract
On the base of the failure of nozzle body-made of M300 steel-in zinc-alloy die casting
through the analysising of the structure
it was found that the exsisting of much inclusion and reticular defect anditself high temper brittlenesswere is the main factor.The first factor is that the heated steel contained too much net-like distributed carbides and non-homogeneous non-metallic inclusions
which leads to low impact toughness.The second major factor for the failure is that the corrosion of M300 in zinc alloy melt can be characterized as alloying (of Fe-Zn) and dissolution (of Cr atoms into zinc alloy melt)
which causes stresses-corrosion.
