摘要

介绍了PQ35发动机支架压铸模具的设计、模具材料的选择和热处理、浇注和排溢系统的设计、加热和冷却系统的设计以及试模后发现的问题和工艺参数的调整等。支架模具主分型面在底平面上方3mm处

两侧和后端设有3个抽芯机构

依靠液压油缸实现抽芯。选择偏心的分支浇道

并将浇道设置在动模一侧。在浇道的末端和两侧金属液汇集区域分别设置集渣包。模具的加热和冷却由导热油和冷却水共同控制。

Abstract

It is described for PQ35 engine bracket including the design of die casting die

selection of the tool materials and its heat treatment

design of gating and exhausting system as well as heating and cooling system

and the problems in trial-mould and adjustment of processing parameters. Main parting surface is chosen above 3 mm from bottom

and three drawing-core mechanisms are set at two sides and back-end

which is drived by oil cylinder. Acentric ingates are used to set on the moving mould and slag-collector is set at the end of ingate and at converging zone of liquid metal from two sides. The heating and cooling of the die is controlled by heating-oil and cooling water.
