根据铝合金电机上端盖多凸台多凹槽多孔的结构特点
特在设计中注意以下几点:为了保证压铸件在动模镶块内的包紧力大于在定模镶块内的包紧力
确定了分型面
并由此选定了压铸机;为了让金属液顺利的充满型腔
特设计侧浇道式的浇注系统和溢流排气系统。为了将压铸件顺利的推出
特将推杆位置均匀设计在深腔和包紧力大的部位
从而使设计的压铸模用于实际生产。
