CT机大同步带轮铸造工艺的优化

大同步带轮是医用CT机上重要的部件之一
目前多采用砂型铸造
产品合格率低。为解决这一问题
本课题采用了金属型和砂芯联合使用的铸造方案
使用Pro/E软件完成对铸件的实体造型
根据金属型铸造特点
利用Z-CAST铸造工艺数值模拟软件
研究大同步带轮铸造充型及凝固过程
分析了铸造工艺的合理性
最终提出了优化后的铸造工艺方案。
Abstract
The in-phase annulus is one of the critical parts of X-ray medical treatment equipment.At present
sand casting is adopted mostly
which makes casting yield low and cost high.Aiming to resolving the problem
regarding the in-phase annulus as an object
permanent mold casting with sand core is adopted.Base on the 3-D mold from Pro/E and the characteristics of permanent mold casting fluid flow
filling and solidification process is investigated to optimize its foundry technology from casting process numerical simulation software named Z-CAST.
