    • Effects of SLM Forming Process on Relative Density and Tensile Properties of TC4 Titanium Alloy

    • “In the field of preparing Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy for orthopedics, researchers used selective laser melting technology to investigate the effect of forming process on the alloy's density and mechanical properties. It was found that laser power is the most important factor affecting alloy properties, and the optimal process combination is laser power of 260 W, scanning speed of 1400 mm/s, and scanning spacing of 120 μ m.”
