Preparation and Direct Rolling Test of the Semi-solid Rheological Slurry of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel
The preparation and direct rolling test of semi solid rheological slurry of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were conducted using self designed equipment. The results showed that solid phase particles of the primary austensite with the size of 100~ 200 μm in 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel rheological slurry have near sphere shape and the solid fraction of the rheological slurry is 50%~60%. The rheological slurry has better fluidity. The segregation of liquid phase and plastic deformation of some solid particles in the slurry occur during direct semi solid rolling.
