摘要

对半固态坯料感应二次加热的特点及规律进行了模拟分析

认为单段式感应二次加热难以获得较均匀的温度分布

分段加热应先以高功率快速加热

再立即切换为小功率加热

然后辅以短时保温

可使坯料内温度分布更均匀。

Abstract

The characteristics of induction reheating of SSM billet is simulated. It is difficult to acquire homogeous temperature distribution by single stage induction reheating. To acquire homogeous temperature distribution

it is necessary to multi-step induction reheat. The first step is rapid reheating with high power

and then switch to low power reheating step at once.The last step is a holding stage at short time.
