半固态搅熔复合法是制造颗粒增强铝基复合材料的一种较常用的方法。对制造工艺对颗粒分布状态的影响规律进行了较为深入的研究

并确定了最佳工艺参数

为该材料的产品开发有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Semi-solid stirring method is a key technology to manufacture particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites . This article deals with the relationship between manufacturing technology of SiCp/Al and particle distribution. It is helpful to the application of this kind of composite.
