Research on Structure and Properties of Punch Squeeze Casting ZA43 Alloy
modification and heat treatment on the structure and mechanical properties of punch squeeze casting ZA43 alloy have been investigated. The results show that castings of high plasticity (δ5 = 22%

= 385 MPa) can be obtained by controlling the parameters . The punch squeeze castings of modified ZA43 alloy led to further uniform of the structure and stablizing properties. The effect of B-Ti modified ZA43 alloy was better than RE. Moreover
castings of high strength(σb = 485 MPa
δ5 = 13%) can be achieved by solution treatment of 320 ℃
castings of fairly comprehensive properties(σb = 470 MPa
