Abstract

Shaping multiple-part with one die by liquid forging as a high efficiency technology for metal shaping has been investigated in this paper. The design and caculation of side drawing spindle structure of air pump lid test model for aluminium alloy parts with hole shaping by liquid forging have been intruduced.
